Cannabis: all cannabis is a final sale. No exceptions! Cannabis products sold in retail stores are purchased from the Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS). If you have a quality complaint we advise that you contact the licensed producer of the cannabis or the OCS. You will find the contact information on the packaging of all cannabis products.
Accessories: all accessories are final sale with the exception of faulty vaporizers (not atomizers or 510 cartridges). We inspect all of our glass as we receive it and our budtenders will show you the glass before you take it home. If you think you have a faulty vaporizer please bring it in to our store within 30 days of purchase along with the receipt. No receipt = no exchange. We may need to keep the device for a few days to do some proper troubleshooting. If your device is not working try pressing the power button 5 times consecutively in a short period of time. This will turn the unit off and on. 9 times out of 10 this will fix the issue. A burnt taste can occur if you leave your vaporizer/510 cart in a cold climate for too long and take a haul off of it. The oil should be at room temperature before consuming. Taking too many hauls in a short period of time can also cause a burnt taste as you’re not allowing the coil to re-wick fast enough.
